Nasal lobular capillary hemangiomas are rare and benign tumors of the paranasal sinuses. The aim is to study a case nasal hemangioma. Here, 29-year-old male patient who presented ear, nose throat outpatient department (ENT OPD) with complaints multiple episodes epistaxis left obstruction for past year. After proper radiological, cytological hematological assessment, an excision biopsy from mass cavity was performed which suggestive has been operated on via lateral rhinotomy approach found be originated anterior ethmoidal artery, removed piecemeal complete done. hemangioma quite lesion unknown etiology especially when it occurs in cavity. It should always considered differential diagnosis vascular lesions within Complete gives excellent outcome.
